There are many causes of chronic fatigue syndrome, from hormonal imbalances to lifestyle habits. Taking another medication will never fix the problem, because this never addresses the cause of the chronic fatigue syndrome.
Depending on the complexity of the chronic fatigue syndrome issues, we may only need you to answer a simple questionnaire to diagnose the problem or we may even order a specific blood panel and specific hormone tests.
For chronic fatigue syndrome issues, this is often times not a one cause, one effect issue. If you are not sleeping enough, or sleeping enough quality hours this will be one of the first issues addressed. If you are anemic, this would also be something that would be addressed. If you are overweight or have insulin resistance this would also need to be addressed.
It could be related to a chronic infection, heavy metal poisoning, toxin overload, neurological, etc.
