“My boyfriend and I came here because one I was having neck and shoulder blade issues and he has two herniated disks in his lower spine. The acupuncturist was knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable. After two sessions my pain had diminished with the use of massage therapy as well. Although when it came time to discuss insurance coverage that is when it went downhill. We were told that my boyfriends insurance would cover his treatments 100%. We doubted this but after confirming with the Dr. several times she guaranteed the charges would be covered. Weeks later we received our first bill of $679!!! We called the office to discuss this and the Dr. told us unfortunately insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. We were upset because we had put our trust in her word. They asked us to only pay the co-payment portion ($480). We did this thinking it would bring our balance to $0 but then a month or so later we got another invoice for the remaining balance ($199). I think this experience could have been a lot better if the doctor would have been up front and told us she wasn’t 100% sure if insurance would cover the treatments or if she would have covered the cost since she guaranteed we wouldn’t have to pay anything. All in all if you do decide to visit this establishment and are not sure of insurance coverage I would try one treatment and wait to see what the costs are.”

“I have been suffering with right shoulder and forearm pain with limited motion for 1 ½ years. I was feeling pain at work, at home and it was keeping me out of the yard and away from the gym and yoga.
